About the Position
As Project Manager / Site Manager, you will have a central role where you are responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating projects while having overall responsibility for daily operations at the office in Värnamo.
You will be the natural contact for customers, suppliers, and partners in the region and work closely with the rest of the organization to ensure that every project is completed with high quality, good service, and professional conduct.
The role suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility, making decisions, and creating structure. You will work both administratively and operationally, which means you will sometimes be on-site with customers or at exhibitions and events.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and drive projects from start to completion.
Responsible for the daily operations of the office in Värnamo.
Be the contact person for customers, suppliers, and partners.
Plan resources, personnel, and logistics for various projects.
Ensure that projects are completed according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Develop proposals and handle project administration.
Coordinate transports, materials, and assembly.
Participate in the setup and execution of exhibitions and events as needed.
Be part of developing the business and creating new business opportunities in the region.

We would like to see that you have:
Experience in project management, coordination, or similar role.
Experience with customer contact and administration.
Good organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects in parallel.
Good computer skills and experience with the Office package.
B driver's license.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
If you have experience from the exhibition, event, construction, logistics, or service industry, that is a merit, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal qualities.
