The company is in an exciting development phase and is now seeking an electrical power technician who wants to drive ongoing service and maintenance assignments. The company collaborates with some of Sweden's largest grid owners and industrial customers and offers a varied workday with both technical challenges and good development opportunities. ABOUT THE ROLE As an Electrical Power Technician with our client, you'll be an important part of a team working on service, maintenance, and smaller projects within high-voltage installations. The role involves varied work at customer sites where you and your colleagues ensure operational reliability in critical electrical infrastructure. The work primarily includes maintenance work on switchgear, transformer stations, and other power installations. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues and will have good opportunities to develop yourself within various technical areas over time. Your work tasks will include: Service and maintenance of transformers, circuit breakers, and switchgear Preventive and corrective maintenance in high-voltage installations Mechanical and electrical work in connection with service assignments Participation in smaller projects such as switchgear and transformer replacements Cable work and installation of new stations Troubleshooting and technical inspections Documentation and reporting of completed work Collaboration with project managers, service managers, and other technicians Work takes place mainly at customer sites and travel within the region is a natural part of the position. Most assignments are carried out during regular working hours, but work in the evenings, weekends, and on-call duties may occur as needed. WHO ARE YOU? We're looking for someone with a background in electrical work, power technology, or industry who thrives in a practical and technical role. You appreciate varied workdays, enjoy solving problems, and have a strong safety mindset in everything you do. To succeed in the role, you're a team player who enjoys working closely with your colleagues. You're responsible, thorough, and aren't afraid to speak up when needed. At the same time, you have a willingness to learn and develop within the power technology field. We also believe the following points apply to you: Education in electrical technology or power technology from upper secondary school or vocational training, combined with several years of experience within the power technology field Alternatively, you have acquired equivalent competence through several years of experience within power technology or as an industrial electrician Good technical understanding and interest in mechanical work Good understanding of work environment and safety issues Fluent in Swedish and English Swedish citizenship Category B driving license It's a merit if you have experience working with high-voltage, switchgear, or transformer stations, but we also welcome you with the right educational background and a willingness to develop within the field.
