About the Operation We are now seeking temporary care workers/nursing assistants for Department 95 in Säter for service during day, evening, night, and weekend shifts with the possibility of also working on Department 90. The General Psychiatric Clinic Falun & Säter has a regional mandate within adult psychiatry with the primary task of caring for and treating patients in acute psychiatric conditions. The clinic's operations are located in both Säter and Falun. In Säter, there is the region's only psychiatric emergency department as well as Departments 90 and 95. In Falun, there are a dependency center, a general psychiatric department, a clinic for eating disorders, and an ECT clinic. Department 90 in Säter has 10 care beds and is the region's only psychiatric intensive care unit with high staffing around the clock. Patients with serious psychiatric symptoms are cared for here, where there is a risk that the patient may harm themselves or others. Care is often provided with support from the Psychiatric Care Act (LPT). Department 95 in Säter is a general psychiatric department with 14 care beds for patients with various psychiatric diagnoses in a calmer phase of their treatment. Patients are cared for according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL) or the Psychiatric Care Act (LPT). On both departments, doctors, nurses, and care workers work together in teams with a patient-centered approach. Our security procedures are clear, well-established, and an important part of daily work. As a temporary employee, you will be an important part of the operation and contribute to safe and quality care for our patients. Job Responsibilities As a care worker, you work closely with patients and contribute to daily care and treatment based on each individual's needs and conditions. Service in the patient kitchen is also part of the work. The role also includes transporting patients to and from examinations and other medical appointments. These are carried out using the facility's leased vehicle and always together with additional care staff to ensure safety and security for both patients and employees. Human Exposure to Emerging Environmental Contaminants via High-Resolution MS
Department of Water and Environment Doctoral Study Subject: Environmental Analysis with specialization in Environmental Chemistry Description of the Doctoral Project: This doctoral project aims to develop an analytically robust strategy to identify, measure, and interpret emerging environmental contaminants (contaminants of emerging concern, CECs) relevant to human exposure via water. The project will use existing information from pan-European monitoring campaigns stored in the NORMAN database on chemical occurrences to identify substances that may be present in water resources and contribute to human exposure. Based on this knowledge, the doctoral student will develop and validate analytical methods for selected emerging contaminants and apply these to water-related samples collected at the national or international level. The results will be interpreted using hazard, exposure, and risk indicators to support the prioritization of substances for future monitoring. Additionally, suspect screening and non-target screening will be used to identify new substances that can contribute to early warning systems for emerging chemical risks. The project includes: i) selection and prioritization of emerging environmental contaminants using European monitoring data and information on chemical properties of substances; ii) development and validation of an LC-HRMS-based targeted method for selected substances; iii) application of the method to water-related samples, such as drinking water and precipitation; iv) comparison between LC-HRMS and LC-MS/MS for selected compounds to evaluate sensitivity, linearity, precision, and suitability for monitoring; and v) interpretation of results in relation to human exposure. You will work in an international and interdisciplinary research team. The project provides access to advanced instrumentation and training in data analysis, scientific communication, and international research collaboration. Duties: We are seeking a doctoral student who wants to contribute to increased knowledge of emerging environmental contaminants in water-related exposure pathways for humans, with a particular focus on analytical method development and high-resolution mass spectrometry. To achieve this goal, you will develop and apply analytical workflows for determining selected emerging contaminants in water-related samples collected at the national or international level. The selection of substances will be based on existing knowledge and available monitoring data. A central part of the project is the use of liquid chromatography coupled to high-resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS) for sensitive and reliable chemical analysis. Analysis of polar substances may require the use of specialized chromatographic columns. The project may also include comparisons between LC-HRMS and LC-MS/MS for selected substances to assess method sensitivity, linearity, precision, and suitability for monitoring. Selected samples may be analyzed using effect-directed analysis (EDA) to link chemical occurrence to biological effects. Duties also include sample preparation, extraction and analysis of contaminants, HRMS data processing, quality assurance, data analysis, visualization and interpretation of results using hazard, exposure, and risk indicators, collaboration with national and international partners, and authoring scientific articles in English. Eligibility: Basic eligibility is held by those who have completed an advanced degree, completed course requirements of at least 240 ECTS credits, of which at least 60 ECTS at the advanced level, or who have otherwise acquired substantially equivalent knowledge within or outside the country (the Higher Education Ordinance, Chapter 7 § 39). Special eligibility for admission to doctoral studies in the subject of Environmental Analysis with specialization in Environmental Chemistry is held by those with knowledge in aquatic ecology, aquatic biogeochemistry, statistics, or ecotoxicology. Formal verification offers a path to mathematically guaranteed correctness, but combining it with AI-based code generation raises deep and largely unsolved challenges. As a postdoctoral researcher, you tackle exactly this question: how we can generate code with AI and formally verify that it does what it should. The work combines modern AI/LLM-based code generation with formal methods to create software that is both fast to develop and provably reliable. The position is part of SAFIR (Secure AI for Intelligent Resilience and Confidentiality in the Cloud), a 2.5 million euro collaborative project between KTH, Saab, Nvidia, Ericsson, Red Hat, CanaryBit, and RISE, which builds the next generation of secure and trustworthy AI for critical domains such as telecommunications, defense, and cloud. Clustera is already successfully working with Career Guidance in several places across the country. Now we are establishing the service in Tumba and are looking for you to be part of it from the start. Here you will have the opportunity to combine operational work with the ability to influence and develop a business in its startup phase. You will work with guidance within our Career Guidance program, which is an assignment from the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). The purpose is to provide our participants, who are job seekers, with support and assistance in making well-considered choices to find sustainable paths to education and work. As a career and education counselor, you will be part of a team that works with career guidance. Your task is to support and guide participants, based on their circumstances, toward realistic educational and career choices. During career guidance, they become aware of their competencies and abilities and what they need to develop to achieve their goals. You will work with participants both individually and in groups, where you will lead various group activities. The position includes informing participants about different educational pathways and career fields and supporting them in finding appropriate and sustainable education and work. Together with the participant, you will build a realistic career plan that describes the steps needed to reach the final goal: employment. Key responsibilities include: Manage the cohesive guidance process. Conduct mapping conversations, individual guidance sessions, group guidance, workshops, lectures, and learning activities. Identify the participant's needs, experiences, competencies, and interests. Together with participants, create clear and realistic career plans. Plan, document, and coordinate. Collaborate with other career and education counselors and mentors. Build and maintain good contact with companies and training providers. We are looking for someone who is driven, self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and quality-conscious. It is important that you are curious, empathetic, creative, relationship-focused, and able to adapt to different people and situations. You should also be comfortable gathering information, have good knowledge of today's educational landscape, and have experience using digital tools. There is a clear set of regulations to follow, as the position is an assignment from the Swedish Public Employment Service. Therefore, it is important that we work according to the same structure and procedures, and that we do this together as a unified team. The position is full-time and on-site at our office in Tumba. Required Qualifications You are a certified career and education counselor and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Study documentation must be provided.
