Job Responsibilities
In your role as Car Sales Representative/Customer Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn the car business from the ground up and develop into a successful salesperson. You are responsible for the entire sales process – from the first customer contact to delivery – and work proactively to create and nurture long-term customer relationships. You build and develop your own customer base and sell both new and used cars as well as additional services and products, such as accessories, service agreements, and financing solutions.
You will work on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, where you create trust and confidence with your customers.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in sales or customer service
Is driven, relationship-oriented, and persistent
Mastered Swedish in speech and writing
Has a B-class driver's license
You take a long-term view of the Customer Manager role and are driven by making deals. You should have a strong sales focus and be goal-oriented, humble, and patient.
