About the Position On behalf of our customer, we are now seeking an employee for their accounting department. There you will be an important contact for both customers and colleagues on accounting-related matters. You will help resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure that accounting processes run smoothly and efficiently. Handle invoice inquiries, payments, and reminders. Register and follow up on accounting matters. Regular bookkeeping. Support customers and internal colleagues in accounting-related processes. Collaborate with other departments to find solutions and ensure high service. Some payroll management. Qualifications To fit the role as accounting support, we see that you are meticulous, structured, and have good problem-solving abilities. You have a service-oriented approach and enjoy having many points of contact. You work independently while also being a good team player. Furthermore, we also see that you have: Post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent work experience. Experience in accounting, administration, or customer service. Good understanding of accounting flows and administrative processes. Good computer skills and experience working with business and accounting systems. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. Experience with accounting systems such as Visma, Fortnox, Business Central, or SAP is advantageous. If you also have previous experience with financial statements, reconciliations, or regular bookkeeping, we consider that a major plus. Other Information Start Date: by agreement Scope: Full-time Salary: Individual salary setting (Unionen collective agreement) This is a consulting assignment where you are employed by KFX and work at the customer's location.
