Vessels and Thorax is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Thorax Section.
Job Responsibilities

The main responsibilities as an Operations Coordinator are:
To consult with waitlist-responsible surgeons to plan operations for our patients
Take responsibility for and plan the thorax surgery program
Contact the aforementioned patients prior to their surgery
Serve as a point of contact for referring physicians and other involved departments/authorities
Prepare the digital patient rounds we conduct together with our referring physicians
Provide telephone advice to patients and their families
The position is 100% distributed between operations coordinator (approximately 65%), research coordinator, and work with our quality registers.
Qualifications
Licensed nurse. We place great emphasis on your personal competence, which means:

Social skills: Work well with other people. Be service-oriented and have good communication skills.
