The cases vary in complexity and scope and you have contact with several different parties throughout the process - from application to decision and payment of the grant. Your competence and experience For this position, we are looking for you who have: • A completed and approved degree from university or college in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social sciences, law or other relevant academic field of education that the employer considers equivalent for the position. • Experience working as, for example, an occupational therapist, physiotherapist or in other professions that the employer considers relevant. Work Supervisor

About the Role As a work supervisor, you have a central role in our projects and work closely with the site manager to ensure that production moves forward safely, efficiently, and with high quality. You get significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence project execution from planning to final delivery. Your main duties include: Plan, lead, and assign work for skilled workers and subcontractors Ensure high quality, a good work environment, and efficient production Be responsible for daily project operations together with the site manager Plan resources such as personnel, materials, and equipment Maintain ongoing contact with customers and partners Follow up to ensure work is performed according to laws, agreements, procedures, and Peab guidelines Contribute to project profitability and success through good planning and follow-up You will be an important leader in the team and play a crucial role in creating a positive work environment where employees thrive, develop, and perform at their best. This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. Since our projects are sometimes conducted outside the local area, you need to be prepared for travel and overnight stays during the week, typically Monday through Thursday. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with strong drive, natural leadership, and a genuine interest in production and technical solutions. We would like to see that you have: Post-secondary technical education in construction engineering or equivalent experience At least 3–5 years of experience from the construction or civil engineering industry Experience from a supervisory or coordinating role is advantageous Good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize A solution-oriented approach and ability to make decisions Interest in developing and motivating people Good computer skills Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written B driver's license and access to a car If you have questions about the position, you are warmly welcome to contact work manager Berat Peci, 0733 37 66 78.
