We are now looking for a driven and engaged Junior Buyer who wants to develop in an exciting role and become part of the company's procurement team. Here you will have the opportunity to build your competence, develop within the procurement field, and grow together with the business. About the position As a Junior Buyer, you will have the opportunity to develop your competence in both strategic and operational procurement. You will work closely with experienced procurement colleagues and contribute to ensuring an efficient material flow that supports the company's high-tech production. Start: According to agreement. Employment form: Fixed-term employment/contract via Lernia with the possibility of extension or transition to the client. Placement location: Stockholm. For certain assignments, you may be required to pass and be approved in a background and security check and be a citizen of a NATO country. This will be stated in the job posting when applicable. Your responsibilities You will handle purchase orders, order confirmations, and delivery follow-ups. Ensure that materials and components are delivered on time to production. Administer and maintain master data and supplier information in the business system. Assist with supplier evaluations and simple price negotiations. Work closely with the warehouse, logistics, and quality teams to resolve daily flow issues. About you We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career and has a strong desire to learn. You are structured, communicative, and enjoy both administration and business-related contacts. You are a problem solver who stays calm even when lead times are tight. Formal qualifications Relevant education in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent work experience. Recently graduated or up to 2 years of experience in administration, procurement, or customer service. Experience with procurement, contract writing, and price negotiations. Good computer skills and an interest in learning business systems (advantageous if you have experience with systems such as Odoo, Monitor, or SAP). Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, as the company has both local and international suppliers. Personal qualities You are communicative, solution-oriented, and have a business-focused approach. You work carefully, are relationship-building, and have the ability to drive improvements and build trust with suppliers and colleagues.
