You verify both functional and non-functional requirements, document results, and follow up on identified defects through retesting and verification of corrections. You actively work with quality assurance by reviewing requirements, use cases, and solution descriptions from a testing perspective. Together with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors, you identify testing needs and quality risks and prioritize testing efforts based on business criticality, risk, and technical dependencies. The role also includes supporting and serving as a sounding board for other testers, as well as guiding teams and vendors in testing methodology and test execution. Key Areas of Responsibility: Planning, leading, and monitoring testing work. System, integration, and end-to-end testing. Quality assurance and risk-based prioritization of testing efforts. Coordination between business, development, testers, and external vendors. Mandatory Requirements: At least 6 years of full-time experience with system testing, integration testing, or end-to-end testing within the past 10 years. Experience from at least two assignments where you were responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring testing activities for multiple testers, while also working operationally with test design and test execution. At least 3 years of experience with test management tools, for example Xray in Jira or equivalent tools. At least 2 years of experience planning, leading, and conducting testing work in distributed IT environments with multiple interacting systems, integrations, and services, for example in microservices architecture-based environments. At least 2 years of operational testing experience in CI/CD environments, where testing is integrated into automated processes for example in build, release, and deployment. Experience from at least one assignment where you had an active role in implementing or establishing test automation, including selection of methodology, tools, or test automation frameworks.
