WORK TASKS The Payment Delivery area is responsible for ensuring that SPV has appropriate, efficient, and high-quality case management based on our customers' needs. Within this area, we administer benefits linked to agreements and regulations for which SPV is responsible, and our focus is to streamline and improve the quality of our delivery. Working as a business development manager at SPV is strategic and tactical work. It means you work to develop our methods and processes to improve efficiency and quality within our delivery area. You identify development needs, conduct analyses, and translate them into concrete activities. You will be part of one of our case-handling teams within payments but will provide support to both IT and case-handling operations. You will also work closely with several other case-handling teams and the IT teams that develop and maintain parts of our pension administration system. It is important that this collaboration becomes as effective and high-quality as possible so we can deliver results of superior quality. In your role, you will also work to identify needs, prioritize them, establish requirements for IT support design and other services within the delivery area with support from other colleagues. You verify deliverables and serve as the operations team's extended arm within the IT team. As a business development manager, you will, among other things: • work to increase automation in our case handling • conduct analyses and produce statistics for monitoring as well as develop our monitoring process • coordinate and drive quality assurance and quality work together with other colleagues in the unit. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with an academic degree in a relevant field or at least 5 years of experience with similar work tasks as mentioned above. You also have experience with IT-related collaboration. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. We would appreciate it if you have experience with: • an agile working approach in the role of product owner or similar roles. • automation, preferably in case-handling operations • structured quality work and quality assurance • monitoring, with a focus on deviation management and corrective actions • in-depth knowledge and understanding of IT systems • work with pensions.
