The Role – Real Business Responsibility
As Project Manager with us, you lead and drive:
• a project portfolio of approximately 40–70 MSEK per year
• contracts in the range of 1–100 MSEK
• the customer relationship – commercially, strategically, and long-term
But what really defines the role is how you work.
You don't drive projects yourself – you drive them through others.
You:
• lead and develop your site managers and teams of varying sizes
• create structure, direction, and clear conditions
• ensure projects maintain both profitability and quality
• manage contracts and finances
You're the link between production, customers, and the company, and you always look ahead:
What's the next project? How do we build the team further?
About You – You Who Are Already There (But Want More)
We're not primarily looking for potential – we're looking for you who already has weight in the role.
Today you work as:
• Project Manager / Contract Manager
• or senior site manager with clear overall responsibility
• or you run a smaller construction/contracting company
You have:
• experience with construction contracts (ABT 04 and ABT 06, AMA)
• worked with projects of relevant size and complexity
• understanding of the connections between production, finance, and business
You want to:
• have greater impact on the business
• get closer to decisions and participate in management group work
• shape your own team
• take real responsibility – not just for a project, but for the whole picture
