Job Duties The Personal Support Services division offers services including companion services, personal assistance, and contact person programs. We work closely together across the entire service area, and we are currently seeking a support pedagogue for a permanent position focused on companion services. As a support pedagogue, you work to support, motivate, and guide both service users and colleagues. You have a central role in the service's quality and development work and are responsible for implementing, monitoring, and developing decided methods and working practices. Your duties include ensuring that work is conducted in accordance with applicable legislation, guidelines, and the service's objectives. Qualifications The position requires post-secondary specialized training in the field of disability services comprising at least 200 vocational credits, 120 university credits, or 60 university credits with two years of work experience with people with disabilities. The education should include relevant credits in behavioral science, pedagogy, psychology, social work, and (psychiatric) care or other training deemed equivalent by the employer. Communication and documentation are important parts of the work, which requires you to have passed Swedish 1 or Swedish as a Second Language 1.
