Kurres Bil & Rep was founded in 1991 and has since built up strong customer trust through personal service and high quality. The shop is located in Ersboda in Umeå and is an authorized auto repair shop affiliated with Autoexperten.
Here, service and repairs are offered for all car brands. The team currently consists of five people where community, responsibility with freedom, and flat decision-making are a natural part of everyday life – every employee is important and works with great responsibility and freedom. To ensure you get the best possible start, a safe and structured introduction is offered where you learn about the company, work methods, and the role in a good way, with support from experienced colleagues.

Job Duties
In the role of car mechanic, you work broadly with:
Service and maintenance on all car brands
Timing belt replacements
Brakes and suspension
AC service (certification is a merit)
Tire service
Repairs from minor work to major jobs
Company vehicles, trade-ins, and some damage-related repairs
Here you have the opportunity to work practically and independently – with support from colleagues when needed. It's a shop where people help each other and where your experience is truly valued.
You work comfortable hours Monday-Friday 07:00-16:00.
We are Looking for You
Have a few years of experience as a car mechanic
Have a B driver's license
Speak and write Swedish
Enjoy working in a small team where you take shared responsibility
Want responsibility with freedom and appreciate short decision-making paths
It's a merit if you have certification in AC and/or experience with hybrid cars – but most important is your professional skill and attitude.
You are a person who wants to contribute, take responsibility, and be part of something long-term. There is room for both you with long experience and you who are younger but really hungry to develop. We warmly welcome your application!
