About the Position As one of three unit managers at Klosterbacken, you are expected to lead and develop the operations in a shared leadership structure. During certain periods, there is a high work tempo, which you need to be able to handle in your role as unit manager. The goal of the operations is for each individual to feel involved and have their individual care and support needs met in a safe and secure home environment. The work approach is team-oriented with a focus on creating unified, high-quality care and support. Examples of work tasks: Personnel, financial, and operations responsibility Lead person-centered teamwork Drive, develop, and follow up on operations toward set goals Lead, support, and develop staff competencies Work from a holistic perspective and make independent decisions within the operations area Collaborate with labor unions and other internal and external parties Develop operations toward continuous quality improvement with residents as the focus About the Workplace Klosterbacken is centrally located just north of the city center. In total, there are 60 apartments distributed across four units, of which two units have a somatic focus and two are dementia units.
