We're now seeking a driven and operationally-minded Head of Operation for our unit featuring a restaurant, bar, and a large private dining room for lunches, dinners, brunches, events, and private gatherings. That's why we're looking for someone who is curious, development-oriented, and who, together with our head chef, restaurant managers, and leadership, wants to build a strong team and an obvious meeting place for our guests. You'll play an important role in building relationships, cultivating a steady circle of regular customers, and developing the business both operationally and commercially. We're looking for someone who understands the value of being present in daily operations and who leads through engagement, energy, and professionalism. Areas of Responsibility Operationally lead the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and private dining room Ensure high service standards and quality throughout the business Lead, inspire, and develop staff in daily work Responsible for scheduling, staffing, and recruitment Ensure the team is motivated, well-trained, and working toward common goals Activelywork on sales, guest relations, and building long-term customer relationships Plan and coordinate events, dinners, and bookings Responsible for the restaurant's finances together with management, including budget, cost control, and key performance indicators Work strategically on business profitability and ensure the business reaches its set goals Develop and work creatively with beverage selection in wine, bar, and other beverages Ensure efficient routines around purchasing, inventory, and operations Ensure that procedures regarding food safety and work environment are followed Work closely with two fantastic restaurant managers, head chef, and management to create a strong overall guest experience We're looking for someone who: Has several years of experience from the restaurant industry, preferably in a leadership role Is confident in operational work and loves being where the action is Feels equally at home in the dining room as in dialogue with the kitchen Is a natural leader with strong communication skills Has experience with personnel responsibility, scheduling, and relevant systems Has good understanding of restaurant economics and key performance indicators Is business-minded, structured, and solution-oriented Has a genuine interest in food, beverages, and service Likes to brainstorm ideas and wants to be part of developing the business forward Speaks Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing With us you get: An important role in a growing and inspiring business The opportunity to influence and develop both concept and experience Work closely with an engaged team including two fantastic restaurant managers and leadership Permanent full-time employment with an applicable probationary period Salary by agreement A workplace where we value passion, quality, and job satisfaction And most importantly – to have fun at work We're looking for someone who wants to be part of creating something long-term and building a restaurant that guests want to return to again and again.
