You work with children ages 1–5 years and have the opportunity to shape both the content, environment, and focus of your work. No formal education is required to work as a family daycare provider, but our model offers an attractive compensation package. This is why many preschool teachers also choose to work as family daycare providers in collaboration with us. Working as a family daycare provider means you work independently while being securely employed by us.
