We are now seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Inventory Operations As a Warehouse Manager for Inventory Operations, you will be part of the Maintenance Organization for the Business Area (AO) Energy. Business Area Energy is the largest operational area within Borås Energi och Miljö. Here we are responsible for the entire chain within energy production – from fuel supply to operation and maintenance of our facilities. We operate several production units, where the combined heat and power plants Ryaverket and Sobacken are the largest. Within the business area, approximately 100 employees work on producing electricity, district heating, and district cooling. The Maintenance Department at AO Energy currently consists of just over 40 people divided into the departments Mechanics, Electrical, Automation, and Planning and Preparation. As Warehouse Manager in the Maintenance Department, you will be organized under Planning and Preparation and work in a group that primarily consists of two people who are mainly responsible for the tasks related to our two warehouses. Support will always be available from other functions within the Maintenance Department as well as the company as a whole. Your placement will primarily be at the warehouse at Sobacken with surrounding buildings. Your main responsibilities • Responsibility for purchasing and inventory management of goods and specific spare parts used by the company within warehouse operations • Responsibility for inventories of our warehouses • Material ordering • Responsibility for lending out various equipment • Loading and unloading cargo shipments • Assist with other tasks that may arise within the business area Your background • You have a valid high school diploma, or alternatively experience in the field that the employer deems equivalent • Good computer skills and knowledge of the most common programs in the Office suite • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement • Driver's license with at least category B • Forklift license Category: A2, B1, C2 • Meriting if you have knowledge of the maintenance system "Infor EAM" and the accounting system "Agresso" • Meriting if you have experience and competence in procurement Your personal qualities You are service-oriented and thrive in a role where you can contribute to good experiences for both colleagues and partners.
