JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a subject coordinator educator in psychiatry, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching primarily within psychiatry. You create and develop lecture materials and assignments, mentor students, and are responsible for knowledge assessments and feedback. The role includes addressing the areas of harmful use and addiction as well as comorbidity, based on the education's content and objectives, to contribute to the education's overall coherence. You work in close dialogue and collaboration with the education coordinator and other teachers to ensure high quality and continuity in the education. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with further education in psychiatry, or a social worker with good knowledge and experience in psychiatry. Other relevant education that the employer deems equivalent may also be relevant. Pedagogical education or experience with teaching and mentoring is a merit, as is experience working with or otherwise meeting the target group within psychiatry and addiction care. Knowledge of law related to healthcare and social care (e.g., Social Services Act and involuntary care legislation) is also a merit. Your personal qualities and competencies carry significant weight. You have great commitment and interest in contributing to and developing education within psychiatry and addiction care. We also see that you: • Have good ability to plan and prioritize to meet deadlines and achieve set goals. • Are communicative and have good ability to collaborate and build trusting relationships. • Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Work is largely digital, which means that good computer skills and familiarity with Office 365, especially Word and PowerPoint, are a prerequisite. Employment form: Permanent employment.
