Physical Therapist for Municipal Health and Care Services – Staffing Assignment Assignment Period: From now through end of 2026 Work Hours: Weekdays 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Scope: By agreement We are seeking A licensed physical therapist for a staffing assignment within municipal health and care services. The operation is responsible for municipal primary care based on assessed need and includes, among other things, health and care services for individuals at day programs, short-term and safety facilities, as well as for individuals living in care and residential facilities under both the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Disability Services Act (LSS). As a physical therapist, you will work with home rehabilitation, basic rehabilitation, rehabilitation interventions, and assistive device prescription. You will have an independent assignment where you are responsible for clinical assessments and rehabilitation interventions in close collaboration with other professionals. We are looking for someone who Holds a Swedish, valid license as a physical therapist. Has at least two years of professional experience as a physical therapist, which is a merit. Has very strong knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and masters medical terminology well. Is well acquainted with and follows the laws, regulations, directives, and general guidelines applicable to health and care services in Sweden. Holds a category B driver's license, preferably for manual transmission. Has good social skills and very good collaboration abilities. Enjoys teamwork but can also work independently. Has the ability to take responsibility for rehabilitation interventions and make independent clinical assessments. Meritorious Experience It is a merit if you have: Experience in municipal primary care. Experience in home rehabilitation. Experience in assistive device prescription. Experience with the management systems Lifecare, WebSesam, Cosmic, and NPÖ. Job Responsibilities Typical duties for a physical therapist.
