Your Qualifications To take on this role, you must have an academic degree in HR, behavioral science, or employment law and several years of experience in qualified HR work that has included support and advisory services to managers in areas such as employment law, work environment, payroll, and recruitment. You must have good knowledge of employment law regulations and the application of collective agreements and experience of working in public sector operations. You have excellent communication skills and very good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in both Swedish and English. With good analytical skills and sound judgment, you can interpret regulations and provide well-founded recommendations on various HR matters. You are a person with the ability to work independently and to view issues from a holistic perspective. You have high integrity, a legally sound approach, and good collaborative skills. By providing close legal support on administrative law matters to the insurance area's employees and to development activities, you contribute to good legal quality. You support managers and employees in legal matters and share your knowledge.
