Team Leader, Property Management

Are you comfortable in a leadership role and enjoy working with varied tasks? We are now looking for you to join our operations area in Linköping as one of our team leaders. Together with the property management team, you will create a pleasant and well-maintained residential environment for our customers. We offer a combined position with approximately 40% management duties and approximately 60% property management work in a values-driven company. In your role as team leader, you will work with hands-on management of approximately 6-10 property managers, which includes personnel coordination and planning, administration, and responsibility for onboarding new employees. You will collaborate closely with other leaders within the organization. As a team leader, you will have customer contact and coordinate and distribute work tasks based on contracts and additional orders, conduct inspections, and follow-up. Your daily work also includes coordinating and reviewing invoices and purchasing materials. You are also a driving force in our development work, creating engagement and getting employees to work using common and efficient methods. Regarding property management, you will work with both indoor and outdoor maintenance depending on the season, such as garden care, facility cleaning, and snow removal. You will also participate in snow management on-call duty. Your Competence We are looking for someone skilled at structuring, planning, and following up on work. An important part will be to coordinate and hold the team together and communicate with customers and colleagues. We therefore highly value that you are communicative and see opportunities instead of problems. You are flexible, thorough, and take responsibility. The work takes place in our customers' residential environments, which means it is important that you thrive in a service role. You have upper secondary education or equivalent and experience with customer contact and service. You are a proficient IT user and a good administrator. If you have experience leading others, we see that as a merit. A Class B driver's license is required for this position. Competence and experience in one of the following areas is a good match for the role: • Outdoor maintenance – for example, natural resource management gymnasium education or KY-/YH-education in the field • Machinery and vehicles – for example, vehicle education and experience with and interest in larger and smaller machinery • Facility cleaning – for example, Pryl/SRY education, experience with cleaning machines HSB Offers We offer you a permanent full-time position.
