We're now hiring an IAM Service Owner We're looking for someone passionate about Identity and Access Management—both in operational work and in the strategic design of solutions. You'll be responsible for ensuring our IAM service supports the business with the right permissions for the right person at the right time, with high security, regulatory compliance, and good user experience. The mission is to strengthen our IAM management and streamline onboarding/offboarding across the Martin & Servera Group. Colleagues with high expertise in operations, networks, clients, and security. About the role As the IAM Service Owner, you'll own our IAM service in management and operations. You'll drive the implementation of our new IGA system and ensure that roles, permissions, and access processes function, are monitored, and develop over time—in close collaboration with system owners, HR, IT, and suppliers. This is a role where governance, management, and coordination carry equal weight to technical expertise. What will you do? Drive the implementation of our IGA system and take it from project to stable management. Work within areas such as M365, Entra ID/AD, automated access processes, and IGA. Monitor roles and permissions in our systems together with system owners, including recurring access certifications. Work closely with HR, IT, SAP, and operations suppliers on identity and permission flows. Own the IAM service in its entirety: budget and cost tracking, vendor and contract management, SLA/OLA for the business, and a clear roadmap for service development. Participate in troubleshooting and addressing IT incidents related to access and permissions. Collaborate with internal IT colleagues, business stakeholders, and external suppliers. Ensure that company-wide security principles and guidelines are followed according to our security framework. To succeed in this role, we believe you have Several years of experience as a systems specialist/technician in a platform or production-oriented environment. Relevant experience in IAM and a genuine interest in the field and its development. Experience with Entra ID, AD, Azure, and M365. Familiarity with ITIL and management-driven approaches. Knowledge of JML processes (Joiner–Mover–Leaver). Understanding of RBAC, SAML, and SCIM. It's a plus if you have Worked in a similar service owner or management role. Experience working with IGA systems. Experience automating JML processes. Experience with vendor and contract management. We welcome your application!
