We are a residential facility with six departments, offering both dementia care and general care with space for 105 residents. About the role As a nursing assistant on the night shift with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and calm environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support and creating a positive and pleasant atmosphere. Your work tasks include: Personal care according to the facility's routines, based on each customer's individual needs and preferences Perform documentation and work according to established interventions Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as family members, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.
