About the Position Together with our Operations Managers, you'll have the opportunity to lead, drive, and develop two of our excellent care homes while working daily to provide people with a good life. The position of Assistant Operations Manager at Humana's care homes Björnö and Norrtälje Hamn is a permanent position at 100% with a distribution of 80% at Norrtälje Hamn and 20% at Björnö. What Does the Role Involve? The role includes healthcare responsibility, personnel management, budget responsibility, quality improvement work, and covering for the Operations Manager during absences. You should also be able to cover nursing duties in the operations when needed. As Assistant Operations Manager, you're responsible for leading and developing the facility's healthcare and driving quality improvement efforts related to BPSD and palliative care. Personnel responsibility for healthcare staff and rehabilitation staff falls under the Assistant Operations Manager's responsibilities. Personnel responsibility currently includes 11 employees total, and the assignment includes scheduling, temporary staffing placement, and recruitment. You contribute to creating engagement and participation and provide support to your team. About the Employment Employment Type: Permanent position with a six-month probationary period. Employment Rate: 100% Working Hours: Daytime. Start Date: By agreement. A prerequisite for employment with us at Humana is that you can present a valid ID document and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. We will also request a criminal background check.
