About the Role
As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a large part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enrich everyday life for our elderly.
Your work tasks include, among other things:
Personal care according to the operations' procedures based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
Perform documentation and work according to decided measures
Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points or care worker certification
Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or reference from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant
Good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written)
Good computer skills/experience
Driver's license category B
Merits:
Experience from care work in elderly care
Experience with delegation
