At Tekniska verken in Linköping, the Digitalization Division is undergoing a comprehensive transformation phase where new ways of working, structures, and capabilities are being built to meet future needs. You will identify how AI and digital innovation can create the greatest value for the business, develop common working methods and principles, and guide the organization in strategic decisions. The role involves creating the right conditions for the organization to use AI and digital innovation in an efficient, secure, and sustainable way. You will also drive structured work with digital innovation, so that new ideas are captured, tested, and converted into concrete business value. In this role, you are responsible for driving the development of responsible AI in practice. Together with security and architecture functions, you will translate requirements for governance, compliance, and security into working methods and principles that the organization can follow, supported by GDPR, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27001, and NIS2. You will be a central driving force in establishing AI and digital innovation as a natural part of Tekniska verken's business development and will work closely with Enterprise Architecture, business-focused applications, information security, and other specialist functions.
