The IT-Information, Data and AI (ITI) business area is primarily responsible for coordinated, quality-assured, and efficient management of information, data, and AI within the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, including responsibility for actively contributing in these areas to the public sector at large, and for building, maintaining, collaborating on, and developing products and services within information, data, and AI – as an enabler for a data-driven operation. Data Engineer, Data Governance, Transformation and Development We're looking for someone with a technical foundation and practical experience who enjoys solving problems, building things from the ground up, and sees value in working closely with both business and technology. You will become part of the newly established Data Governance unit within the Information, Data and AI business area at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's IT department. Here you work in an agile team with the mission to create unified data management, focusing on creating opportunities and capabilities through platform thinking, semantic data, and open source. As a Data Engineer, you build the technical foundation that makes data a strategic asset. You develop and maintain data platforms, pipelines, and data flows that enable the organization to use reliable and current data. Your work creates the conditions for analytics, AI, decision support, and future data-driven services.
