About the RoleAs a Facilities Attendant, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's facilities. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning the customer's facilities, as well as other tasks such as conference service, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care. The position is part-time, 26 hours per week on weekdays, fixed-term employment. The location is Härnösand. Who Are We Looking For?We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and takes initiative. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service. This means you should have a high service level, good overview of your cleaning area, and be able to suggest improvements to the customer. It's important that you are attentive to the customer's needs. You find it easy to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate, as work can be both individual and group-based. We prefer that you have experience from service roles or industry experience.
