About the Role
As Property Management Director, you will have overall responsibility for Junehem's property management operations. You will be an important part of the management group and have broad responsibility for operations, maintenance, resource planning, and business development. Together with your property manager supervisors, you will actively work to create conditions for collaboration, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery to our tenants. An important part of the assignment is to continue developing the organization, strengthen collaboration between our four property management areas and our own building service operations. You will be overall responsible for us achieving our long-term goals in property management, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction.
Common work tasks:
Ensure efficient resource planning and high delivery quality
Leading and developing five direct reports and their staff
Budget and profit responsibility for operations and maintenance
Drive improvement and development work within the business
Contribute to Junehem's strategic development together with others in the management group

Who Are You?
We're looking for someone with relevant education in property management, engineering, economics, or administration, or who has built up equivalent competence through relevant work experience. You have documented management experience, and we'd like to see experience leading operations through other managers and are driven by creating results together with people. Furthermore, you have experience with budget and business responsibility, and we see a great advantage if you have experience driving development and improvement initiatives.
As a leader, you are confident and development-oriented with the ability to combine strategic thinking with operational understanding. Furthermore, you are communicative, clear, and relationship-building while having the courage to make decisions, set direction, and follow up on goals and expectations. To succeed in the role, it's a great advantage if you can balance multiple perspectives simultaneously, such as operations, economics, people, and social value.
It is meritorious if you have experience from the property sector, construction industry, public housing, or other politically governed organization. Knowledge in rental law or contract management is also considered meritorious. You communicate fluently in Swedish and have good English skills.

Junehem owns and manages approximately 2,800 residences and a large number of commercial spaces in the outer parts of Jönköping Municipality. We are located in places such as Bankeryd, Gränna, Visingsö, Norrahammar, Taberg, Tenhult, and Bottnaryd. Through quality, good customer service, and local presence, we create safe and sustainable living environments for our tenants.
