We are looking for a Product Owner for an exciting assignment Assignment Description We are seeking a Product Owner for one of our customer's product areas within SCADA and associated control and monitoring systems for facility management. The assignment involves overall responsibility for leading the product area based on the organization's needs, strategic goals, and long-term development. The Product Owner is responsible for prioritizing and managing the backlog, gathering and clarifying requirements from the business, and making decisions about development efforts within the product area. The role also involves ensuring that requirements and priorities support the strategic direction and creating alignment between the business, IT, and management. The product area is relatively new and requires active leadership to establish a well-functioning and efficient team with clear working methods, priorities, and collaboration practices. At the same time, the area is facing a major modernization where the current SCADA platform will be gradually replaced and the entire environment migrated to a new platform over the coming years. The project includes, among other things, procurement of the new platform, implementation, migration planning, and operational adjustments. This must be carried out in parallel with facility expansion, which places high demands on holistic thinking, prioritization ability, and the capacity to balance ongoing needs with long-term transition. The customer recently transitioned from PM3-inspired management to an agile operational management model. Since this is a role in a client organization, we are not primarily seeking technical competence, but rather a person with the ability to take on business-focused, strategic, and coordinating responsibility. To succeed in the role, you need to have strong analytical abilities, a holistic perspective, and experience working both strategically and operatively. You also need to have experience leading change work related to management establishment, platform migrations, or major implementations in complex environments. Experience with both traditional management governance and agile working methods is a requirement. Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both written and verbal, are required. Mandatory Requirements At least 9 years of project management experience, of which at least 6 years from the public sector. Technical Business Developer – New Sales at Bulten in Hallstahammar

Do you see business opportunities where others see a screw, a component, or a technical challenge? Now we're looking for you to be part of developing the next generation of business for the operations in Hallstahammar. This is the role for you if you can combine technical understanding with business drive and the ability to build relationships. Perhaps you already work with technical B2B sales, or you're an engineer or technician who has discovered that you thrive best with customers, where new ideas and business opportunities emerge. About the role As a Technical Business Developer, you'll have a clear mission: find, initiate, and develop new business and new customers. You will actively work the market, identify new applications and business opportunities, and build relationships with the right people at potential customers. Once an opportunity is identified, you'll take on a coordinating role in the commercial process. You're the one who sees the customer's needs, the technical opportunity, and the business potential. To turn the business into actual success, there are competent support functions that you'll involve in the sales process through to order. You'll work closely with the technology and sales organization in Hallstahammar and also collaborate with colleagues in other group locations, including Poland and Germany. The role includes customer management and new customer sales to the Nordic manufacturing industry, business development, RFQ and quotation processes, and coordination of customer requirements and prototype development. Who are we looking for? We're looking for you with experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing work in the manufacturing or technical industry. You understand the industry and its business. Experience and networks within Swedish and Nordic manufacturing industry are particularly interesting. You need a solid technical foundation. Perhaps you're an engineer in mechanical, mechanical, or materials engineering, or you've built equivalent understanding through many years working close to technical products and industrial customers. For us, the combination is more important than the exact degree: you need to both understand the technology and want to do business with it. As a person, you're outgoing, curious, and self-driven. You enjoy creating new contacts, opening doors, and taking initiative. You have a natural business sense and the ability to see opportunities even outside obvious customer segments. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently. A role with great opportunities A lot is happening in the operation right now. A new organization is taking shape, investments and development plans continue, and the ambition is clear: the operation will continue to develop and create new business. For you, this means great opportunities to make an impact. You won't come into a finished map of exactly which customers to work with – you'll be part of drawing it. The role is based in Hallstahammar and involves travel, primarily within the Nordic region and the Baltics. As a guideline, travel is estimated at around eight days per month. Work location: Hallstahammar Scope: Full-time, permanent Travel: Primarily the Nordic region and the Baltics About Bulten Bulten's operations in Hallstahammar have a long industrial history and a strong international position in the manufacture of complex fastening elements. Here there is solid expertise covering the entire product flow from sales, manufacturing, and distribution, and an organization where different functions work closely together to create long-term value for customers. At the same time, the operation is in an exciting development phase. A new organizational structure is taking shape, with a clear focus on operational activities and an ambition to create even greater local independence. Decisions should be made closer to the operation, and employees should have good opportunities to influence within their respective areas. This creates shorter decision paths, clear responsibility, and an organization with close links between business, technology, and production. Meanwhile, the operation's development agenda is set. The ambition is to continue investing in production, products, expertise, and new business opportunities. Business development is a priority area, and the organization is also being strengthened in several important support functions. For you joining the organization, this means an interesting combination: the stability and knowledge of an established industrial operation, together with the opportunity to influence the next chapter. There's much experience to lean on here, but also room for new ideas and ways of working. The organization is characterized by close collaboration and a willingness to help each other, while each function is expected to take responsibility for its area and contribute to the whole. It's simply an exciting time to join if you want to be close to the operation, see the results of your work, and be part of developing an organization that has both history, expertise, and clear ambitions for the future. Work in outpatient care includes, for example, conducting clinic visits, participating in team rounds within oxygen/ventilator care and within cancer care. Other common duties include performing pulmonary procedures, such as bronchoscopy, EBUS, and chest tube drainage. Currently, physicians in pulmonology have no on-call or standby duties. However, there is a plan to introduce on-call services in the future. The Infectious Diseases and Pulmonology Clinic is a regional clinic with approximately 120 employees. We have operations within infectious diseases, pulmonology, and specialized adult allergology. The Pulmonology Section is responsible for specialized lung and allergy care for adults throughout the region. The section conducts extensive outpatient care at its own clinic. The clinic is well-developed and staffed with both nurses specialized in allergology, oxygen, and ventilator care, as well as contact nurses for the lung cancer process. Currently, no on-call duties on evenings and nights are included in the position, although some weekend duty may occur. Our pulmonologist group consists of pulmonology specialists, senior physicians, and resident physicians. We hope we have sparked your interest and would like to tell you more about the position!
