About Herrgårdsvägen Group Home The residence is located in a peaceful, nature-close villa area near Nora Square in Danderyd Municipality. It is approximately 1.5 km from Mörby Center, which you can reach by both bus and subway. From Mörby Center, buses also run regularly to within approximately 200-300 meters of the facility. The operation has staff areas with offices and on-call rooms, common areas for all residents, and six apartments for residents. It is an exciting target group from social psychiatry in Danderyd Municipality. The work team is new, and we therefore welcome a Group Manager who is experienced in leading and is knowledgeable about research on group processes and can work based on the needs of groups to move group processes forward. About the Role As a Group Manager, you work both in the operations and administratively. This means you are a role model for your colleagues and through your strong commitment, you create a positive work environment in the group every day. You provide conditions for your team to maintain good relationships with the facility's customers and their families. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, providing feedback, and confirming your colleagues in daily work. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work team and are involved in developing and quality-assuring the operation in accordance with Nytida's pedagogical framework. As Group Manager, you report to the Operations Manager. Working hours vary, and as a Group Manager you have one administrative day per week; the remaining time you work in the operations. You will therefore work days, evenings, and on-call shifts. Shifts are also spread over every other weekend. Your Experience and Knowledge You have education in healthcare and care such as nursing assistant with a focus on psychiatry or equivalent education recommended by the National Board of Health and Welfare for work with this target group. We also value experience with the target group. You speak and write fluent Swedish. It is meritorious if you have knowledge and experience of various forms of cognitive support, low-affective interactions, and experience in work management. You have a clear leadership personality and enjoy helping people in your group grow and develop in their professional roles. As a person, you are independent, unpretentious, and cooperative. You have the desire and ability to manage and follow up on operations based on the company's goals and financial framework.
