Your assignment as site supervisor As a site supervisor, you will work on varied projects with a focus on our operations and maintenance work. You will have a central and customer-focused role where your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire process, from careful planning and resource allocation to execution and follow-up of the work we perform. The site supervisor role does not include direct personnel management; however, you will be an important function for our skilled workers and will also serve as a coordinating contact for our subcontractors. Additionally, you will support the site manager in daily work such as customer contact, production management, financial tracking, and billing. You will work towards Trafikverket's traffic management area Trollhättan but will be based at our office in Uddevalla. Svevia is responsible for keeping roads in good condition year-round, 24/7, and therefore both winter and summer preparedness are part of the role. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 7 AM–4 PM. On-call duty is shared among colleagues at the workplace and means that during certain periods you have on-call coverage during weekends and nights, where you're responsible for, for example, monitoring weather and calling out snow plows and salt trucks for de-icing when needed.
