About the Role As a Refrigeration Operations Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading daily work within the department. A significant part of the business consists of a comprehensive framework agreement with a leading food retail chain, which places high demands on service, quality, and technical expertise. You will work closely with both customers and employees and have a central role in ensuring that assignments are completed efficiently, profitably, and with high customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities Lead and allocate daily work within refrigeration operations. Responsible for planning and monitoring service, operation, maintenance, and project assignments. Be the customer's natural contact person and build long-term relationships. Prepare quotes, budgets, and technical solution proposals. Ensure high quality, good working environment, and financial monitoring of assignments. Support technicians in technical matters and contribute to team competency development. Participate in business development and further development of our customer agreements. We are looking for you who Have experience working with operation, maintenance, and projects in refrigeration, with particular emphasis on food retail refrigeration. You also have good knowledge of comfort cooling and possess a strong technical understanding that allows you to serve as support for both customers and employees. We would like you to have: Several years of experience from the refrigeration industry. Solid technical expertise in food retail refrigeration and comfort cooling. Experience in operations management, project management, or a coordinating role. Ability to develop technical solutions and prepare quotes. Good financial understanding and experience with assignment monitoring. Experience with larger framework agreements or contract customers is advantageous. B-class driving license.
