About the Role As a Maintenance Technician, you will work both independently and together with colleagues to ensure that our production equipment operates optimally. You will be a central part of our daily maintenance work and work closely with production, engineering, and other support functions. You will make your own decisions in daily operations, participate in maintenance activities on larger projects, and help drive preventive maintenance work to minimize unplanned downtime. Your main duties include: Troubleshoot and restore advanced electrical malfunctions on production equipment, facilities, and process systems. Perform simple mechanical repairs and restoration of equipment and machinery. Conduct preventive maintenance according to applicable procedures and compile action lists after completed work. Participate in group efforts during larger maintenance projects. Work with both acute interventions and long-term improvement activities. Program and make adjustments in NC and PLC systems. Perform technical analysis through structured troubleshooting, including methods such as "5 why" and root cause analysis on corrective maintenance. Read and interpret technical drawings (design drawings, pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams, electrical schematics, PLC and NC programs). Report back in our maintenance system (time reporting, work description, root cause analysis, etc.). You will work within multiple technical areas such as mechanics, electrical, robotics, PLC, and NC. Areas of Responsibility Ensure that work follows applicable legislation, quality and environmental policies, and internal guidelines. Contribute to order and cleanliness (5S) within the department. Escalate acute downtime to relevant functions as needed. Qualifications Requirements: High school education in automation or equivalent technical focus. At least 5 years of experience with similar maintenance work in industry. Experience with electrical maintenance and work in automation. Good knowledge of Swedish and English. Good computer skills.
