Work Tasks As a nurse at the Unit for Health and Preventive Work, you will independently assess, plan, organize, participate in discharge planning, and perform medical treatment and care interventions. You collaborate in a team to meet the individual's care needs. As a nurse, you are responsible for guiding and delegating care personnel and serve as advice and support for other professionals on the patient care team. We are looking for you who are a licensed district nurse/nurse and who feel confident working independently and guiding others. It is advantageous if you have previous experience in municipal home care nursing or are specially trained in a relevant area. The target group is children and young people with complex psychiatric and social comorbidity, often with experience of care breakdown, repeated placements, and serious mental health issues. Initially, the service focuses on adolescents placed in SiS homes, but placement in HVB homes and within the Prison and Probation Service is also planned. In this role, you will, among other things: Drive a C-truck in and around the Mjölby area Work independently and be responsible for planning and executing multiple routes per day with good time management Ensure correct loading and unloading according to company policies There is the possibility of flexible start and end times, but typically the work takes place Monday-Friday from 06:00-15:00, with varying responsibilities depending on the route and work day. The position should be filled immediately and will begin with two weeks of introduction so that you, as a hired consultant, feel confident in the assignment and get a good start at your new workplace!
