We offer great employee discounts and benefits. About the position You're responsible for coating wheels from surface preparation to the finished surface. Your work includes: Cleaning, sanding, and masking for coating Primer, color, and clear coat application on wheels Color matching and quality control of the final result Maintenance of the spray booth, equipment, and materials Collaboration with the refinishing and workshop team for smooth workflow What we're looking for We're seeking someone who: Has experience with coating (industrial, wet, or powder coating) – preferably on metal surfaces Has an eye for detail and is meticulous about surface quality Can read and match colors Speaks Swedish fluently (and preferably writes it as well) Experience with wheel refinishing is a plus, but the right coating background is what matters most.
