We are now recruiting permanent nurses for the Unit for Health and Preventive Work! Two of the positions are care coordinator positions and one is a resource position. About the Operations To clarify the preventive work, the Health and Care Unit has changed its name to the Unit for Health and Preventive Work, EHFA. We are also working to incorporate professional development during scheduled work time, and we are now testing expanding our two largest districts with one assistant nurse each with expanded delegation. Hallsberg Municipality's health and care unit is divided into four geographic areas. Licensed personnel for the North and South districts now work jointly from one location, as do licensed staff at our new Care and Services Home Blomsterängen. As a nurse in Hallsberg Municipality, you will work together with the multiprofessional team, in close collaboration with the health center and the patient, based on person-centered care. Work Tasks As a nurse at the Unit for Health and Preventive Work, you will independently assess, plan, organize, participate in discharge planning, and perform medical treatment and care interventions. You collaborate in a team to meet the individual's care needs. As a nurse, you are responsible for guiding and delegating care personnel and serve as advice and support for other professionals on the patient care team. We are looking for you who are a licensed district nurse/nurse and who feel confident working independently and guiding others. It is advantageous if you have previous experience in municipal home care nursing or are specially trained in a relevant area. Furthermore, you need good computer skills and a valid driver's license (Category B).
