To succeed in this role, it is important that you are willing and make an effort to take an interest in the client's interests. The client receives personal assistance to manage his daily life, which in addition to his interests and schooling also involves challenging behaviors. He needs your help to guide and support him through everyday situations that are difficult for him to understand. You will work as a paired assistant during all waking work hours.
