We are seeking staff to work as a personal assistant for a 10-year-old boy living just outside Tensta. Work shifts are scheduled for evenings and weekends. As a personal assistant, you will help and support the boy in all aspects of daily life. Duties include personal care, meals, exercise, play, communication, and other daily activities. An important part of the work is providing active supervision throughout the day. We are looking for someone who is calm, confident, attentive, and patient. You need the ability to read and understand both verbal and non-verbal communication and create a safe and positive environment for the child. It is advantageous if you have: Experience working in personal assistance or with children with disabilities Experience with assistive devices, training, and providing communication support. Heavy lifting may occur, which means you need to be in good physical condition.
