About the Position The role of personal assistant requires strong abilities in building good relationships. We are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary The current employment arrangement is "for the duration of the assistance assignment" with an employment level of approximately 40%. Work shifts will be on a rotating schedule on certain weekdays and every other weekend. Work hours are scheduled on weekdays between 5:00 PM–8:30 PM, Saturdays 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Sundays 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation in accordance with collective bargaining agreement. Start date is immediate or by agreement for the current position.
