Your main work tasks include: Drive and coordinate improvement activities and Kaizen initiatives and work with Lean methods such as 5S, value stream mapping, standardized work, and visual management. Analyze production and material flows, production planning, capacity, and lead times to identify improvement opportunities. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a technical education background, preferably as a technical engineer in production, logistics, industrial economics, or equivalent. Alternatively, you have built up equivalent competence through several years of work in manufacturing industry. You have experience in production technology, process development, or continuous improvement work and a good understanding of Lean principles and how they are implemented in practice. To succeed in the role, you also need to have good system understanding and experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing business. You don't need to be a systems developer, but you understand the relationship between business processes, information flows, and system support and can serve as a clear requirements owner to IT and external system providers.
