With us, you'll have an important role where you work with both the company's legal matters and help our clients assert their rights under LSS. About the Position As legal counsel at Harmoni Omsorg Norden AB, you will provide qualified legal advice to the company's management and operations, as well as provide legal support to our clients and their relatives in matters concerning the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities (LSS) and the right to personal assistance. You will be important support throughout the process – from advice and applications to appeals and contact with authorities such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) and municipalities. Your Main Responsibilities Provide legal advice to the company's management and operations. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts. Work with employment law, contract law, GDPR, and other business-related legal areas. Assist clients and their relatives in LSS matters and issues concerning personal assistance. Draft applications, statements, and appeals to municipalities, Försäkringskassan, and courts. Represent and guide clients in processes concerning the right to personal assistance and other services under LSS. Monitor developments in legislation and case law, and ensure that the business operates in compliance with applicable regulations. Provide training and legal support to staff within the organization. We Are Looking for Someone Who Holds a law degree. Has experience with legal work, preferably in social law, administrative law, or health and medical law. Has good knowledge of LSS, social insurance law, and administrative procedure, or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area. Is committed to strengthening individuals' rights and legal security. Is analytical, responsible, and has strong communication skills. Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.
