What you will work with We care for internal medicine patients with, among others, nephrology, gastroenterology, and endocrinology diagnoses. The work is varied and developmental – you meet both acute patients and scheduled patients. As a nurse, you lead the nursing care work and collaborate closely with the nursing assistants on the team. The team also includes doctors, an occupational therapist, and a physical therapist. Daily, a coordinator is on-site to support admissions, discharges, and social planning for patients requiring municipal care. Here you have the opportunity to grow in your professional role. We work with a climate where collegial support, knowledge sharing, and clear procedures create security in everyday work. Team leaders and development leaders are available to provide support and guidance. You will receive an individualized introduction based on your experience. If you are newly graduated, we offer a clinical foundation year to give you a stable and secure start in the profession.
