At WeMind, you'll have a central medical role with significant scope for clinical work, collegial exchange, and professional development. As a specialist psychiatrist, you're responsible for psychiatric assessments, diagnostics, and medical treatment. You meet patients with varying and sometimes complex psychiatric issues and work closely with psychologists, nurses, and other professionals around the patient's treatment. At WeMind, we work systematically with evidence-based care processes and measurement-based care. Digital patient-reported outcome measures provide the opportunity to track treatment results over time and use the results to support clinical decision-making. Our scientific advisory board helps ensure that our methods and guidelines align with current research and evidence.
