1 position(s). Borås District Court is seeking an acting judge (one or more positions) Duties As an acting judge, you will handle all types of cases and matters that come before the district court. Your duties will mainly consist of presiding over all kinds of hearings and meetings and, in connection with them, deciding cases and matters, as well as regular rotation work. However, development work is underway with expanded preparation support from the district court's preparation lawyers. Criminal cases are prepared in principle fully by the court administrators under the direction of the preparation lawyer. Simplified civil cases (FT cases) are handled by the preparation lawyers and court clerks. The district court is an open and modern workplace with skilled and dedicated employees. The district court continuously works on the quality of its operations with the aim of it being characterized by high professional quality, efficiency, good treatment, and good service. All employees are engaged in quality work. The district court operates in a digitalized manner in all cases and matters. We have now conducted our operations in a completely new courthouse.
