Project Manager

We are not like other real estate companies. We are Balder. Have you heard of Kungens kurva? The condo projects Caprea? Kvarteret Garbo? These are just a few of all the exciting projects we have underway here at Balder, and more are on the horizon. That's why we are now looking for a senior project manager for our new development group in Stockholm. Do you like our business drive, breadth, and pace? Then you will surely thrive with us. We started our journey in 2005 with a property portfolio worth 2.7 billion, and today there are few who can keep exact track of what the portfolio is worth. For us, the journey is the goal. Are you with us? In this role, you need to let go of the old and focus on the future. On new development. Our ambition is to gradually create a significant portfolio of building rights for development and project properties with the goal of producing both rental apartments, condos, commercial spaces, and hotels for modern living. We are well on our way. Have you seen the portfolio? https://nyproduktion.balder.se/ Since projects start at 100 million kronor and can go up to a billion (!), you need to have managed larger projects previously to be suitable for the role. Some experiences and skills we are looking for are: planning, requirements management, project monitoring, risk assessment and quality assurance of budgets, schedules, construction contracts, and regulations. In addition to this, good collaboration skills are required. Experience from new development projects is a requirement. Every deal counts. As a colleague with us, you are expected to be business-minded in your role. For us, it's about feeling a responsibility for how things go for Balder, our tenants, and the projects. You don't act selfishly, but for the benefit of the business. An important foundation for this is understanding the business, being creative and seeing opportunities, while maintaining a professional approach. To become the best, we also need to think differently. That's why we are looking for someone who is curious and has a desire to continuously learn new things. What do you get? At Balder, you get to help shape and develop tomorrow's city life. Large and spectacular buildings coexist with more everyday projects for people like you and me. You will develop as a professional together with colleagues who are experienced, knowledgeable, and creative. You will have a manager who wants to help you develop and who is always available when you need a sounding board, good advice, or support. Here you get the opportunity to look out over Stockholm and say "I built that". Application. Submit your application today as we work with continuous selection. The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period and placement at our office in Stockholm, working on-site five days a week. If you want to know more about the role or the recruitment process, you can contact Matina Khosravian [email protected] Once you submit your application, you will receive an email with a link to our recruitment tests, which help us objectively match the right person to the position.
