Our facility is beautifully located in a green area on Björnö in Norrtälje and consists of six units with a total of 60 one-bedroom apartments. About the Position and Your Task At Humana, we work based on a person-centered approach. This means that the residents' individual wishes and needs always guide our day. Together with your colleagues and our new group managers, you create a safe and meaningful life for our seniors. As a nursing assistant with us, you have a varied and responsible job where you, among other things: Act as a contact person and are responsible for establishing and following up weekly plans and implementation plans. Handle medication delegation from nurses. Plan and implement meaningful activities that add a special touch to the residents' everyday life. Manage daily documentation and incident reporting with high quality. Work closely and distribute work tasks with your colleagues and communicate with HSL staff (nurses, rehabilitation specialists, and on-call nurses). Who Are You? Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Presentation of valid ID and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden (a requirement for employment at Humana). It is a merit if you have: Experience in elder care or home care services. Experience in dementia care. Experience from privately operated care facilities. What Do We Offer You?
