About the position You will work according to the claims process, which includes receiving customers, scheduling appointments, booking rental cars for customers, invoicing, claims inspections, calculating quotes for insurance companies, and vehicle handover. What we are looking for Previous experience in a similar profession You are a very experienced computer user with knowledge of preparing quotes/estimates You are well-organized and structured while thriving in a high-paced work environment B-category driving license You express yourself without difficulty in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Great weight will be placed on your personal suitability Other information The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial 6-month probationary period.
