Within elderly care, there are four special housing facilities, home care including safety patrols, day activities, short-term and respite housing, meeting points, and municipal primary care. Lotsen special housing is a dedicated dementia facility located in central Nynäshamn. The facility consists of 24 apartments. You work together with experienced colleagues in a close team around our residents. On each floor, six nursing assistants work, with two on duty during day and evening shifts. In daily work, you collaborate closely with colleagues and other professionals, including nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, where cooperation and open dialogue are a natural part of everyday life.
