About the Role
As a nursing assistant/care assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a big part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enrich the everyday lives of our elderly.
Your work duties include:
Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
Perform documentation and work based on decided measures
Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, family members, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written)
Good computer skills/computer experience
Driver's License Category B

Experience from care work in elderly care
Experience with delegation.
